THE YARD
In March 2011 an overgrown yard and two derelict sheds were acquired by three creative people who immediately saw the potential lurking beneath the debris and brambles.
Their hard work and dedication to the project has transformed the space into artists' studios and workshop, with a yard that is now abundant with flowers and organic produce. This unique outside space is also used for sculpture and installation.
In September the E17 Art Trail brought a constant stream of visitors who were delighted and surprised to discover this new creative venture and its secret garden.
"What an amazing oasis of creativity in such a hidden corner of Walthamstow, and so respectful of its green environment. Many congratulations." Neal 3 Sept 11
